Responsible for the annual budget process A ccounting/Finance 1. Manage the Accounting Department staff to ensure that all accounting functions are consistently performed accurately, timely, and according to the procedures set forth 2. Maintain and institute good accounting controls and procedures for handling the transactions of the company. 3. Review and maintain general ledger 4. Review and maintian accounts receivables. Ensure accurate and verifiable invoicing. 5. Review and maintain accounts payables. Ensure timely and accurate payments. 6. Continually audit the balance sheet accounts 7. Monthly review of financial statements. Prepare financial reports and supporting spreadsheets for all Board of Directors meetings.
