Administrator – Insurance Brokerage
Ad Hoc Client – Johannesburg, Gauteng – We are a specialist short term broker based in Hurlingham, Randburg. We have been in business for over 11 years. The position is for a person with strong administrative skills which invollves the day to day processing of documentation using Excel, Work and Outlook. What the job entails: Processing documents which will include emailing proposal forms to clients, checking proposal forms on return, submitting to Insurers, processing quotes receiving from Insurers, submitting quotes to clients, binding cover on receipt of instructions from clients, following up on documents from clients and Insurers. Preparation of claims to Insurers and follow up’s. Maintaining Excel statistical lists. Record keeping / document management What skills you will need: Excellent administrative skills. Above average Excel, Word and Outlook skills. To be punctual and well spoken. To be able to meet deadlines. To be able to communicate in English and Afrikaans.
