Business Transformation Agent – Journey Manager
Morvest – Cape Town, Western Cape – Mandatory Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ suitable experience in: an Emergency Services and / or Policing environment; a project management / business transformation / journey management / training role. Responsibilities: Providing Project and Journey Management to the Business Transformation enabled by the Benefits Realisation of the Company’s EPIC system; Operating components and roles in the Company’s EPIC system; Analysis of business processes; Development of business process improvement plans; Writing of business requirements for the automation of business processes and required business intelligence reports; Writing of standard operating procedures; Training; Coaching; Reporting.
