Call Centre Staffing – Cape Town, Western Cape – What you’ll be doing In this position you will be required to: Ensure that assigned infrastructure is configured, installed, tested and operational according to business requirements. Identify the root cause of incidents, events and problems taking take full ownership for managing the incident, event or problem to resolution. Develop a workaround plan and ensure the implementation of a resolution and recovery. What would make you a good fit for this role? COMPETENCIES: Knowledge Minimum 4 years work experience. Secondary School N+ and A+ CCNA (Advantageous) MCSE (Advantageous) ACMT (Advantageous) MCITP (Windows 7 Preferred) At least 2 years’ experience in a Wintel / Apple Mac desktop support environment.
