They have their European Customer Service and Technical Support centre based in Johannesburg, South Africa. This centre is responsible for managing their complete range of European customers for Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, French and English language support. Role: Vacancies exist on the Benelux team in technical support and customer service for fluent Dutch speakers. Your role will be to provide first line technical support & helpdesk support by liaising with external customers and providing them with timely and efficient solutions to their queries. Skills: The ideal candidates will possess at least 6 months to 1 year experience in customer service, technical support or helpdesk. Ideally you will have gained this experience in an IT, software, e-business or B2B environment. Candidates that possess an MCP, MCSE, A+ or degree in Information Technology are at an advantage.
