Front Desk Customer Service & Rental Agent
Rent-A-Store Centurion. (Heuweloord) is looking for a front desk storage rental agent.. Salary between R10000 – R12000 depending on experience.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Assisting, quoting and signing up of incoming telephonic, online, email and walk in queries.
• Signing up and capturing of storage lease agreements.
• Client queries
• Problem solving
• Upholding facility excellence.
• Well-groomed and highly presentable
• Well organized
• Excellent quality control and accuracy in data capturing.
• Highly driven and self-motivated to achieve goals
• High level of energy
• Exceptional telephone and face to face communication skills.
• Providing superior customer service.
• Sales orientated with a successful track record of closing deals and reaching targets
• Minimum 3 years sales experience.
• Fluent in English (written & verbal)
• Computer literate, MS office, internet & a fast learner on new software
• Own transport and valid driver’s license;
• Are prepared to work Mon to Fri 08:00-17:00 and every Saturday 09:00 – 13:00
• Minimum Gr. 12 or equivalent .
