Key Accounts Assistant
Lindt & Sprungli – Cape Town, Western Cape – Interact with Key accounts and sales operations teams to coordinate with internal stake holders supply chain, demand planning and marketing. Responsibilities include non-promotional forecast management, customer promotional deal preparations, new product & promotional compliance tracking and customer master data management. Utilizing appropriate analytical reports and tools to provide daily support to sales managers and Key Accounts Managers. Collect and report accurate and timely sales related data as required by the sales and management teams Internal data via cognos, external data via customer portal, IRI and Advanced Mobility. Develop strong relationships internally to become the go-to sales resource. May be required to conduct store visits occasionally.
