Service Solutions – Cape Town, Western Cape – Kitchen Administrator – Cape Town City Centre Our client is seeking to employ a Kitchen Administrator to join their team in Cape Town City Centre Main Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate and provide administrative support to all areas of the Kitchen, including payroll and OnTrack Coordinate and file all hygiene audits, results and correspondence Actively involved in the Health and Safety and HACCP administration of the Kitchen Coordinate and file all logs Update all booking information from all outlets and communicate Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Kitchen office Ensure that all the operational standard procedures / guidelines set for all processes / activities / situations are followed by all areas Read through all handovers to be aware of what is happening on a daily basis To be flexible to assist with supervisory duties when necessary Strong administration skills required Take minutes of and coordinate meetings Required Qualifications & Experience To h… – Permanent – Full-time
