Western Cape – Main Purpose of the Job: Lead and manage a team of Business Process Analysts (BPAs). Job Description: Responsible for developing best practice framework and developing or maintain an operating model with consistent standards by which the team of by BPAs will work. Demand and supply management of the resource pool. Set the tone for translating business and IT strategy into design led thinking. The team must be managed to Analyse, Design and contribute to QA and Testing of IT solutions that address and are measured against delivering business requirements.
