Manager: National Dealer Sales
Tracker Connect – Gauteng – Reporting to the Executive Global Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales targets and relationships among Dealer groups and Vehicle Finance Houses for the Dealer Channel at a Head office level. Define and drive the implementation of sales initiatives for Tracker dealer and finance house business to maximise sales growth in both channels. Positively influence the distribution network to achieve the business objectives through a formulated and effective sales plan. Assist and guide the regional offices with their sales roll out and servicing the national group accounts. Build sustainable relationships within the dealer industry and vehicle finance houses, identify and maximize growth opportunities. Lead the Corporate Sales teams in the dealer industry, providing leadership, management of targets, performance management and customer service.
