Procurement Administrator – Contract position

KMCK Talent Sourcing – Johannesburg, Gauteng – Job Summary: Responsible for the smooth and timeous processing of purchase requisitions by procuring materials, components, sundry items and services as required to support the companys demand and ensure the operating effectiveness of the companys processes. Balancing and reconciling stock on a monthly basis. Receipting and costing stock. Submitting stock records where appropriate Providing procurement support to the sales and marketing divisions. Ensuring the business is adequately informed regarding the stock situation, especially in terms of out of stocks, excess stock and back orders. Key Accountabilities: PROCUREMENT – Balancing and reconciling stock: Download stock quantities from transporters, packagers etc. periodically. Reconcile and balance these stock quantities to stock records, with special focus at month end, within deadlines as advised by Finance Dept. Investigate discrepancies timeously and follow up where responses are not received or discrepancie… – Permanent – Full-time
