Office) Good typing skills Responsibilities: Perform reception duties in and efficient, professional and courteous manner Answering of telephones Log/Transfer information on calls received Welcome clients/guests to the office Tee/coffee making for meetings and directors Typing letters Collecting/sending mail Managing couriers and parcels File data and perform other routine tasks. Perform related duties as requested by management.
