SM Bussiness Group – Pretoria, Gauteng – Reception/Administrator Positon Available in Pretoria Our client is currently seeking a Receptionist with office administration background. Reporting to the Office Manger you will be expected to perform the following tasks: Reception duties, general office administration duties, assisting finance department, datacapture, filing, mail sorting and email response to clients. Requirements: Professional outlook and presentation Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively Self-motivation and an attitude of a team player Ability to work unsupervised and enjoy being given responsibility Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite Basic Salary: R 12,500 per month plus company benefits.
