Reception/Office Administrator

SM Bussiness Group – Witbank, Mpumalanga – Reception / Office Administration We are currently seeking a Receptionist with office administration background for our client based in Witbank. Reporting to the Office Manger you will be expected to perform the following tasks: – Reception duties, – General office administration duties, – Assisting finance department, – Datacapture, – Filing, – Mail sorting and email response to clients. Requirements: Professional outlook and presentation, Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively, Self-motivation and an attitude of a team player, Ability to work unsupervised and enjoy being given responsibility, Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
