Must have Hotel experience in Multi Units Requirements: Must be prepared to travel within South Africa Main Responsibilities: The preparation and reviewing of monthly management accounts Budget preparation on Capex, expenditure and revenue in line with Company Instructions. Information for Budget Preparation is sourced and analyzed from previous years performance Effective control measures and procedures are implemented in the management of budgets Revenue and Yield Management is tracked and necessary corrective action implemented Monitor and analyze business trends and adjust revenue Forecast accordingly Maintenance and review of the income statement and balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis Prepare commentary regarding financial performance of the Hotel in line with Company procedures and standards to Head office on a monthly basis Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of sys… – Permanent – Full-timeApply for this job.
