Technical Support Analyst
Gauteng – Our client is seeking a Technical Support Analyst which entails evaluating, troubleshooting and resolving reported faults (“events”). Focus should be on service delivery and ensuring that information sharing regarding event resolution takes place at a regional level. The role comprises specialist support in response to issues pertaining to software development, SRS, documentation, software installations and upgrades.
